TS 3550i cant install in Windows11

Hi! ave a new Lenovo with Windows 11.

Tried both driver packages from Canon, but directly when unzipping, and start the installation I get "The progran wont run".Been in contact with canon, they say Its probably a Windows problem, and Microsoft says it''s a Canon problem.

Its a Snap Dragon! Seems thats the problem, drivers for ARM missing, or not working..

My colleague is correct. ARM drivers are not currently available. Have your client use the article he referenced for native support under Windows 11 ARM.
