    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just installed my new&amp;nbsp;imageCLASS MF465dw printer. I set it up within my network with no issues (I can print fine).&lt;BR /&gt;I then tried to install the scanner utility and drivers (UFR II, etc.) and it failed with a very generic error message.&lt;BR /&gt;I have Win11 and also tried turning off the Windows Defender, but to no avail.&lt;BR /&gt;I read all other related posts, but I don't get as far as successfully install the drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How is your printer connected and to what?&amp;nbsp; I just want to confirm this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a 3rd party antivirus installed?&amp;nbsp; Something in use in addition to Windows Defender.&lt;/P&gt;
