Hello,

If you have reset your router, you can use the button panel on the printer to select the name of your network and enter the password. You can use the steps in the link HERE to connect. Once reconnected, the computer should be able to locate th eprinter over the network.

Hi, bought this printer several months ago and loved it. Setup was easy and it worked great. Last night I tried to print something like always and it didn't work. This morning I've been sitting here after updating all the drivers, doing a factory reset, finding a long ethernet cord to try to wireless connect, and nothing at all works. The two devices are plugged into the same router but somehow can't find each other.

What can I do about that?

Oh, I think I remembered what made this happen. Reset the router and modem for a different problem, caused this problem.
