To connect your PIXMA TS3722, please follow the steps provided in this Knowledgebase article:

Easy Wireless Connect Setup - TS3700 series

If you continue to experience difficulties, another method you could try is to enable Wireless Direct on your TS3722 and connect your phone to your printer's Wi-Fi signal:

TS3700 > Network Connection Tips > Connecting with Wireless Direct
