    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are other connection protocols used with Canon printers.I've been doing this a long time and still don't know what the WSD thing is.&amp;nbsp; I find two printers being installed,,,,WSD and IP. I delete the WSD printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;IP is not always a choice to make but if it is there, it's what I always use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you use Windows, the software will often connect you to a WSD port which is pretty unreliable. If you want a more stable network connection I suggest using the printer's IP address to create a TCP/IP port and connecting it to that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it reasonably straighforward.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
