&lt;P&gt;Please tap the Wi-Fi icon in the lower left corner of your TS8322's display.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next, press tap Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next to Connection, does "Enabled" appear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looking at the name listed next to "Network name (SSID)", is that the name of your new Wi-Fi?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please scroll down the list, is the number listed next to Signal Strength greater than 70%?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Below Signal Strength, take note of the number listed next to IPv4 Address and then follow these steps on your Windows computer:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;In the Run window that appears, please type CMD and click OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;In the Command Prompt window that appears, please type:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PING and the IPv4 address noteed above.&amp;nbsp; For example, if the number listed on your printer was 192.168.1.34, please type:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PING 192.168.1.34&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.&amp;nbsp; You will not be typing 192.168.1.34, you will be typing in the number that appears on the display on your printer next to IPv4 address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the results that appear, did you get:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A - Timed out&lt;BR /&gt;B - Destination host unreachable&lt;BR /&gt;C - Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you got A, your printer and computer are not connected to the same network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you got B, please turn your TS8322 off.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Wait 3 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.&amp;nbsp; Once your router is back online, please turn your TS8322 back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you got C, that means the computer and printer can communicate with each other.&amp;nbsp; In this case, please install the driver.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Please click this link: &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts8322#DOWNLOADS" target="_self"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts8322#DOWNLOADS&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Software &amp;amp; Drivers&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Choose "&lt;STRONG&gt;Windows&lt;/STRONG&gt;" from the Operating System drop down and then "&lt;STRONG&gt;Windows 11&lt;/STRONG&gt;" from the Version drop down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Click the Download button to the right of "&lt;STRONG&gt;Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.03 (Windows)&lt;/STRONG&gt;". Note: you may have to click the "Load More" button to locate this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Once that file finishes, please open or run that file to begin the installation on your computer. If you have to search for the file first, the files name is: "&lt;STRONG&gt;md__-win-ts8300-1_03-ea34_2.exe&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Follow the on screen prompts to install.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TS8322 Computer and phone won't connect to printer via Wi-Fi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just replaced my router . I was able to get my TS8322 to recognize the network. Wifi icon is showing on the printer. Can't get computer(windows) or phone(android) to connect with printer.&amp;nbsp; All 3 devices are connected to the same wifi network.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
