Problem installing IJ Driver on win 11 to scan with Canon PIXMA TS6420

I'm using a Canon PIXMA TS6420 on win 11. it prints fine but cannot scan. using a link provided, I downloaded md__-win-ts6400-1_06-ea34_2.exe and unzipped it. when I executed it I got the message:

what else do i need to do to?

Greetings ,

Is your system ARM based? The installers support systems based on Intel or AMD processors.

ARM based Snapdragon processors are not supported by the Canon installer.

Yes, my PC is Snapdragon X Elite. Is there another way to install an IJ Driver on win 11 to scan with Canon PIXMA TS6420?
