      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I need help. I have a new Canon TS6420a and I cant get the scanner to interfface with my laptop which is running Win 11. Im 72 years old now and am used to install discs which I would buy if the were available. I can get the Ij utility stuff to download to my computer and if it did I have no clue where to find it. Can any one help me? Its been two days now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don’t worry—you’re not alone, and I’d be happy to help. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt; The Canon TS6420a doesn’t come with an install disc, but you can still get it working. click “Setup,” and type in your printer model (TS6420a). It’ll guide you to download the full setup package. After that, the Canon IJ Scan Utility should install—look for it by typing &lt;STRONG&gt;“IJ Scan Utility”&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the Windows search bar (bottom-left corner of your screen). If it’s not there, try running the setup again from that Canon site. Also make sure your printer is connected to Wi-Fi or via USB. You're doing great—just take it step by step!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Snapdragon X Elite&lt;/SPAN&gt;" which you mentioned is not supported.&amp;nbsp; Is there any other way to install the IJ utility?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
