&lt;P&gt;The G2020 does not appear to be a printer sold or supported by Canon USA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to install drivers to use it with your computer.&amp;nbsp; Visit the link below.&amp;nbsp; Select your OS and download it's drivers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note, I recommend you &lt;STRONG&gt;disconnect&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;remove&lt;/STRONG&gt; the printer from your system, then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;restart&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;before re-attempting installation.&amp;nbsp; Do not connect the printer until prompted to do so by the installer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I had connected my printer to my computer via USB cable. My computer had detected the printer. But when I wanted to print a test page it did not show the option "Print on set paper" and then I noticed that it's driver was unavailable with Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
