Can one add a Canon printer with Windows XP Operating System that doesn't have internet?

My XP computer needs a new printer. No internet. Is this possible to install drivers for the printer?

An internet connection is not required for a printer to function. However, it would not be able to perform example scan the email.

Getting drivers onto the machine would be possible using a USB stick, hard drive or network location.

Since Windows XP is an EOL operating system, many manufacturers have stopped maintaining access to drivers for this operating system. Before purchase I would make sure that you could get stand-alone drivers that support the device.
