Trying to install my MG3600 printer on new windows 11 laptop. Go thru the software , driver install process. Install process finds my printer when it tries to install the drivers it says that driver install fails and to start over. Guess what happens when you start over...

Thanks, though that's not quite what we're looking for. The exact model number should be on the front of your printer at the lower right corner. Please let us know what you see down there.
