      <title>MP Navigator suddenly says it's not installed correctly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I tried to use my scanner yesterday and it says the MP Navigator driver did not install correctly.&amp;nbsp; I have not changed anything.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled and reinstalled per error message suggestion.&amp;nbsp; I reinstalled from the Canon website.&amp;nbsp; I am using Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;First you must uninstall drivers &amp;amp; software from your pc.&lt;BR /&gt;Then go to&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mp-series/pixma-mp560?subtab=downloads-drivers" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mp-series/pixma-mp560?subtab=downloads-drivers&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And download the driver again.&lt;BR /&gt;After the driver go to&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mp-series/pixma-mp560?subtab=downloads-software" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mp-series/pixma-mp560?subtab=downloads-software&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And download software Mp navigator.&lt;BR /&gt;You do that first and if it dosent work i can help you by connecting to your pc and try together to find a solution.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using Windows 10. My MG 3122 is connected via USB. I was able to download a different version of the driver (hidden at the very bottom of the list of available drivers). MP navigator sprang to life. Documents scanned fine. Unfortunately, pictures are scanning at the size of thumbnails and I cannot make any adjustments in MP Navigator settings to correct the issue. The driver I installed is "Canon MG3100 series Printer Version: 2.56.2.10 (6/25/2013)". I've also tried version 8/2/2012 with the same results. If I could post a sample of what the scanned photos look like, I would. However that doesn't appear to be an option here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
