    <description>&lt;P&gt;TR7020a printer will not connect to any of our computers or phones.&amp;nbsp; I have installed the latest drivers and the WI-FI setup help driver.&amp;nbsp; The printer is connected to the Wi-Fi and the computers are connected to the same WI-FI, but the error messages I keep getting are the computer is offline, or it won't let me select the printer, or it spools.&amp;nbsp; During install of the drivers it says it can't find the printer.&amp;nbsp; I tried doing a USB install and it still couldn't find it.&amp;nbsp; We have had this printer for about a year, and it worked fine for a while then we had a power surg and it won't work now.&amp;nbsp; I have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall drivers, put the printer back to factory settings to start over and it still will not connect.&amp;nbsp; Please if someone knows how to fix this, I would be grateful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Printer was subjected to a power surge.&amp;nbsp; It might be damaged?&amp;nbsp; This isn't fixable if a component was fried.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You believe the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network.&amp;nbsp; Login to the admin portal of your router and confirm the IP address it has been assigned.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Using a computer on the same network, you should be able to ping that IP from a command prompt or put it into a web browser and the printer's web server/remote UI should display.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try these suggestions.&amp;nbsp; What is the result?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
