    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!! &amp;nbsp;I installed&amp;nbsp;##ProfessionalPrint&amp;amp;Layout (#PPL) Software version 1.3.8 on my Mac OS Sequoia V 15.5 my printer, #Pixma iX6820 isn't showing up in the software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under System Settings - Printers &amp;amp; Scanners Driver V 16.90.10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to print from PPL I get this error message: printer info can't be displayed- under remote UI it says: register printer under bonjour or IPV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used the software with a different pro series 200 in the past and I can't select it to delete it from the printers listed in PPL. &amp;nbsp;I also don't know how to add my current iX 6820 here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print directly from Preview (not ideal)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an old version of adobe installed that I no longer have a subscription to, do I need to uninstall that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I have the correct version of PPL installed for my printer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also is there a way to connect my #iX6820 to my iOS phone's hotspot and print wirelessly without wifi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
