I have some questions about configuring Department ID Management.

Is there a description somewhere of how each of the Restrict Functions works? For example, what is the difference between "Restrict Total Color Prints" and "Restrict Color Print?"

Also, is there a way to automatically reset each department's limits on a monthly basis?
