&lt;P&gt;Please ensure you have entered the costs off ink and paper in the accounting manager (click &lt;A title="Configure unit costs, including the costs of ink and paper" href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/AccountingManager/W/CO/EN/ACM/tp183014.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the steps). If you have entered the costs, then I suggested you delete the printer, add the printer back then restart the printer and computer. Once you have restarted, select the Cost Tabulation button (see below) to see your results. I hope this is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Canon Account Manager Not Displaying Job List</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Software: Canon Accounting Manager 1.6.5&lt;BR /&gt;Hardware: Canon&amp;nbsp;imagePROGRAF GP-4600S&lt;BR /&gt;Issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Starting Accounting Manager for the first time.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Added new printer and proceeded to Adv. Settings to ensure that "Run Scheduled Job Log Acquisition" is on and "Authentication Password" is entered correctly&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Printer is added to "Job Cost Displayed" list.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Confirmed that "Job History Sending" is "ON" on the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;NONE of the existing Jobs are listed. &lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-left" image-alt="AM_Joblist.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/67222iFAF1E34AE4721453/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AM_Joblist.jpg" alt="AM_Joblist.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;No info is displayed at all. Attempted to print a brand new Job and still nothing is listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Notes:&lt;BR /&gt;There are at least 10 previous jobs that I confirmed on the printer Job List. If I go to Accounting Manager and right click to select "Ink and Paper Consumed", it does show all the material used up to this point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
