&lt;P&gt;Some new router features might prevent the printer from connecting. If the wifi security is set to a new type that the printer is unable to use or if your wifi is set to 5ghz only, it can prevent the printer from connecting. In this situation, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help with the new network setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to replace the router ,so now I am trying to reconnect my printer via wifi.I pushed the automatic wps button on the router and I put the printer into scanning mode but its not connecting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
