    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm having some issues installing drivers for my Prograf PRO-4100S on my new laptop. For some reason when I run the installer the first window that pops up (asking to choose printer) is blank. I have attached an image screenshot below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried running the setup as administrator, turning off windows firewall etc without any success. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FYI, the laptop is running Windows 11.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have tested the driver setup wizard for the imagePRGRAF PRO-4100S on a Windows 11 PC and it is working correctly (see image below).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please ensure you are installing the file named imagePROGRAF PRO-4100S / PRO-6100S series Printer Driver Ver.5.40 (Windows). Click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageprograf-pro-4100s" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to go to the Drivers and Downloads page for the PRO-4100S. I hope this is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
