      <title>imageCLASS MF4720W MF Toolbox error when I try to scan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have old PC of windows 10, and where printing &amp;amp; scanning is done via MF toolbox 4.9.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I bought windows 11 PC and installed the same driver &amp;amp; tool box, so i can print via network, but issue in scanning. I also download new software &amp;amp; drivers from CANON's website and still have issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I got error this error when i push the SCAN button from printer:" MF TOOLBOX THAT IS SUPPORTED BY THE SCANNER YOU ARE USING MAY NOT BE INSTALLED IN YOUR COMPUTER. INSTALL THE APPROPRIATE MF TOOLBOX AND THEN PERFORM THE OPERATION AGIAN."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I opened the MF tool box- scan function &amp;gt; click on scan-1 button &amp;gt; i got the error that "THERE IS NO SCANNER SELECTED. PLEASE SELECT THE SCANNER". So i go to setting and select the CANON MF 4700 SERIES as a scanner and pressed OK. then go to SCAN-1 button and got the error: "CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH SCANNER. CABLE MAYBE DISCONNECTED , OR SCANNER MAY BE TURNED OFF. CHECK THE SCANNER STATUS AND TRY AGAIN. SCANNER DRIVER WILL BE TERMINATED."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I installed both the driver via Cable &amp;amp; via Network. I cannot scan via cable or via the Netwrok.&lt;/P&gt;
