      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the network environment you are in? Are you trying to print to a network printer from your networked computer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is the case, you need to talk to the admin of your network. That person can check your access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
