topic PIXMA G7020 - Unable to Connect to GFiber in Printer Software & Networking

Whether I use my laptop (Windows 12) or iPhone or try to connect manually, I cannot get my Pixma G7020 to connect to the wifi in our house.

When I try with the iPhone, the printer is never found.

When I try with the laptop, the driver files download and unzip and then I get a message that the computer cannot read them.

When I try to connect manually, it finds my wifi name, it asks if the router is the same, and I click YES, and then it tries to connect and can't.

If I tell it the router name instead is gfiber, which is one of the options, it says there's a router overlap. If I chose using a single router, it gives me MAC address options, neither of which are accurate. If I choose to use multiple routers, it tries to connect and fails.

Please help.
