My printer will not connect to Router by Wi Fi but does work hard wired. I did tests with internet provider and all devices in my home worked but this printer. Is there a part that needs to be replaced in printer to regain Wi Fi? This model is 13 years old, and I need to know if factory reset could help solve problem. The display does show other routers in my neighborhood.
