&lt;P&gt;Please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not have it installed, it is available here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to scan using the IJ Scan Utility, what error appears?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using your TR4720 wirelessly?&lt;BR /&gt;or with a USB cable?&lt;/P&gt;

When I try to add printer, screen advises, driver needed. &amp;nbsp;TR 4720 not listed in available drivers. I've downloaded and installed all available software for TR4720 from Canon website. Only Scan and Fax TR4720 appear in printer and scanners in system preferences.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, downloaded and used the Master Setup using USB connection. Printer appears in Master setup, but get a connection error when trying to print or scan. Checked connection cord is installed and printer power is on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
