topic PIXMA MG 3620 will not connect to Omada mesh Wi-Fi network in Printer Software & Networking

Hello, I have an MG 3620 that I'm trying to set up on my new network. It worked before I upgraded the system, so I know the printer itself had functional network connectivity.

Since moving to a managed Wi-Fi network, the printer wireless setup fails. I've gone through all the procedures I can think of to set it up wirelessly or via USB and nothing has made it happy. Searching for it on the Wi-Fi network, sometimes I'll see it listed in the installer but then be unable to connect. Trying to set up Wi-Fi via USB I see the attached screen:

This network is encrypted with WPA2/3 Personal but the installer isn't recognizing it as such. I can go to Manual Setup, select WPA/WPA2 and give it the passphrase, but it still won't connect.

Any solutions?
