Canon Easy-Photo Print Editor dialog box blocks CD/DVD printing page

Canon TS9521Ca printer; When clicking to open this app, I get a page that pops up and states, "about information we collect". This info. covers the page I need in order to print on cds/dvds. I have tried many ways to remove that text box but I cannot. At times that text box will freeze the screen and the only way I can remove it, is to hit Ctrl, Alt, Delete to restart my computer.
