      <description>&lt;P&gt;New printer, I have uninstalled and reinstalled software multiple times.&amp;nbsp; I can print from the computer the but the scanning utility keep giving me error that "Cannot communicate with the scanner.&amp;nbsp; Cable may be disconnected or scanner maybe turned off " .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
