    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had install my Canon imageClass LBP6030w and it was working beautifully for a few weeks. Now when I try to print it is showing as offline. How do I get it back online? I didn't install it using a CD, but rather from the drivers online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Installing from a CD is not the best.&amp;nbsp; They often contain old or outdated drivers.&amp;nbsp; .You always want to grab the latest drivers from the product's support portal.&amp;nbsp; So it's good that you did that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is your printer connected, and to what?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using a wireless connection, I suspect your network configuration Is the cause.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can elaborate further once you confirm.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
