      <title>How Could a Driver Update Disable my All-in-One TS7100?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;About 5 weeks ago, a driver update using my Windows 10 laptop was applied. All at once the Copier (connected to the computer or not) scanned a document but didn't print a copy. Instead, an error message said to insert paper in the rear paper loader and close the door. That didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the Scanner could create a document, store it on the PC and Word could print it.&amp;nbsp; Just installed a new driver but didn't test it using the Copier. Anyone else have the problem?&amp;nbsp; I am not sure what the 7100 mechanical controller problen will go away, so if you fixed yours, let me know, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
