&lt;P&gt;With your printer on, please print the network settings from your TS5320a:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Press the OK button on your printer one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Device settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;STRONG&gt;LAN settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Print details&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The pages will print.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the first page, please look at the name listed to the right of 3-2-6 SSID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that your&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;win 11 pc is connected to the network with the exact same name.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are, next, please perform a test of the communication.&amp;nbsp; On the first page that printed, please look at the numbers to the right of 3-2-12 IP Address.&amp;nbsp; You will be using this number below&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; On your win 11 pc, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; In the Run window that appears, please type CMD and click OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; In the Command Prompt window that appears, please type:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PING xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;---where those x's are the numbers you see to the right of 3-2-12 IP Address&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which below did you get:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Timed out&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Destination host unreachable&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you got "Timed Out", your computer is not on the same network as your printer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you got "Destination host unreachable", please turn your printer off.&amp;nbsp; Next, go to your router and disconnect the power cord from the back of your router.&amp;nbsp; Wait 5-10 minutes and reconnect the power cord to your router.&amp;nbsp; When you wireless network is back online, please turn your printer on again.&amp;nbsp; Once it is on, please perform the PING command again, following the steps above.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you get the last one, please press the Windows button and I.&amp;nbsp; In the System window that appears, click on Bluetooth &amp;amp; devices on the left side.&amp;nbsp; Click on Printers &amp;amp; scanners in the list and then click on the "Add device" button to the right of Add a printer or scanner.&amp;nbsp; Please install the TS5300 that it finds and attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>TS5320a stopped connecting with my desktop PC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New user!! TS5320a has been working just fine, until this morning.&amp;nbsp; Shows up as offline on my win 11 pc.&amp;nbsp; Can't access it at all.&amp;nbsp; Reset printer and redid wi-fi set up just in case.&amp;nbsp; No luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print to it from my Win11 laptop and from my Cell phone which connect via the same router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stuck scratching my head again.&amp;nbsp; I have also removed all canon software and I am about to do a re-install but during that process setup cannot see the printer.&amp;nbsp; I feel that I am just missing something strange.&amp;nbsp; Story of my life.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has some family issues;&amp;nbsp; will get back to the printer tomorrow I hope.&amp;nbsp; In the mean time I just turn off the VPN which was the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
