    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've had this printer for about a year now and it has been a pain.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was going to get another printer but decided to see if I can figure out what's going on first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's what's going on - when we try to AirPrint from phones or laptops - it will show the printer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, when we go to print, sometimes it will print, sometimes it will print half way, sometimes it will say communicating and never move off of it. Sometimes it won't do anything at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It isn't until we reset both the printer and the device does it work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to fix this? It just keeps getting stuck and makes noises like the printer head is moving but nothing happens 99% of the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
