    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a D570 that prints when it wants to. My wife is able to send documents to the printer and it works fine from her iPhone. When I try to send docs from my Samsung, the Processing Data light flashes green and the display says "Printing" but it just flashes for a minute or 2, then goes away without printing anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very disappointing and annoying, especially given that printer companies decide they are top good to help paying customers and try to squeeze extra money out of them instead of just helping like every other company I've ever bought a product from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have factory reset the printer and it's assigned a static IP address. I'm about to throw this thing out my window and will never buy another Canon product again. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
