    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry.&amp;nbsp; I have Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; The printer function works fine, but the scanner "cannot connect to the computer", even though that's what happens when I print from the computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 8 different drivers come from the Canon Support page for drivers for my particular printer, which I have registered with Canon.&amp;nbsp; The setup for a scanner seems very complex compared to the typical printer setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am totally confused!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently purchased the above product and am trying to download the updated drivers.&amp;nbsp; There were 8 drivers to install, so I downloaded and installed a few, checked that the status for these showed "Complete", and left the Canon driver screen.&amp;nbsp; When I got back on later to the same page, expecting to download the rest of the drivers, the "Complete" was gone from the drivers I had previously downloaded.&amp;nbsp; It now looks like I need to reinstall them again, but I'm not sure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why would the record of these driver downloads disappear?&amp;nbsp; Is there no support from Canon itself after you purchase a printer?&amp;nbsp; Thanks for all suggestions/solutions!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you don't say what operating system you're using it's hard to understand what you're talking about. &amp;nbsp;What drivers do you need? &amp;nbsp;Pinter I assume, scanner, fax? &amp;nbsp;You should not have to install "8 drivers."&lt;/P&gt;</description>
