      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! We recently purchased Cannon Pixma 3620. I cannot get me phone to connect. Should I return it and try another model?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you provide more details about your "Nold" Network?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The printer supports 2.4Ghz wireless and WPA2 encryption.&amp;nbsp; Please ensure your network meets these requirements.&amp;nbsp; If your network is dual or tri-band and is using the same SSID name for all broadcasts, it might be helpful to give each broadcast a unique name.&amp;nbsp; The other thing that can help is temporarily disabling the other broadcasts while making a connection to the 2.4Ghz network, then re-enable them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
