imageCLASS MF465dw Not allowing two sided printing

Hello Canon Community,

I'm using a imageCLASS MF465dw, and I'm pretty new to this printer. My computer is a 2019 iMac running Sonoma 14.6.1.

I'm using google docs in Chrome to print a 2 page document. I would like to the document to print front and back of a single page. The problem is that setting is missing from my print dialogue screen. When I looked at the printer settings I confirmed that 2-sided printing was turned off. I turned the 2-sided setting on and restarted the printer. I tried again and still no 2-sided setting in the print dialogue. I decided to re-download the printer drivers from the Canon website and restart my computer and still no 2-sided setting. I've looked on youtube for any similar problems, but no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas?
