      <title>Canon PIXMA TR8620 connection issues - Support Code 495A</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a Canon PIXMA TR8620, it is about 4 yrs old.&amp;nbsp; It had been working great with my Pixel book Chromebook laptop.&amp;nbsp; But, everything was&amp;nbsp; on a DSL Modem 12, which went out.&amp;nbsp; At&amp;amp;t switched me to a All WiFi Hub (fiber optic), 5 g.&amp;nbsp; Setup went fine and at first printer worked, but then had a network error (495A) come up all the time and wouldn't print.&amp;nbsp; I even uninstalled printer from laptop and reset printer to start fresh, but it wouldn't connect to any WiFi at all.&amp;nbsp; At&amp;amp;t added a 2.4 g network and that network showed up on the printer.&amp;nbsp; I put my password in and thought it would be fine.&amp;nbsp; But, the support code 495A kept coming up and making me power off and back on all the time.&amp;nbsp; Every so often it shows the WiFi working and I might get one print out of it before it shows the network issue again. BTW, on one of the times it showed working, I was able to connect to my laptop.&amp;nbsp; I have looked at other issues on the board to try and resolve this.&amp;nbsp; BTW, all my other devices connected work fine.&amp;nbsp; My printer is about 3 feet from the hub.&amp;nbsp; I read to disable the IPv6, which I did.&amp;nbsp; I read to make sure on WPA2, which it is on.&amp;nbsp; I have confirmed that the IP address on the printer is what is showing up on the hub.&amp;nbsp; The hub shows it online, even when the printer shows the network error.&amp;nbsp; At&amp;amp;t tried to help me to resolve the issue, but wasn't able to, said to contact Canon.&amp;nbsp; I tried calling Canon and they kept disconnecting me and said they didn't show my model to support.&amp;nbsp; I can print if I change setting to wired LAN and connect directly to my laptop. I am at my wits end, what can I do.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
