    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I updated my personal computer.&lt;BR /&gt;Windows 11 64-bit operation system - Enterprise version 24h2 - OS build 26100.3037 was installed.&lt;BR /&gt;windows feature experience pack 1000.26100.48.0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The latest driver is installed:&amp;nbsp;File version: V5.202,&amp;nbsp; File size: 124 MB,&amp;nbsp; File name: MF230SeriesMFDriverV5202WPEN.exe&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Everything works fine, but there is a problem. canon - all in one MF237w, the printer has no problem, but the scanner has stopped.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next step, the latest updates were received from the site and I did the installation, hoping that the problem would be solved. But also; System message "A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install it and try again."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I saw similar problems of other users here and suggested solutions were studied and reviewed. But it didn't help me and there is a problem with the scanner not working. Canon software technical team, please help to solve the problem. Thank you for your attention. thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
