&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please click this link to access the downloads for your MX532:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mx532#DOWNLOADS" target="_self"&gt;Canon Support for PIXMA MX532&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Software &amp;amp; Drivers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Choose "Windows" from the Operating System drop down and then your version of Windows from the Version drop down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Click the Download button to the right of "Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.01 (Windows)". Note: you may have to click the "Load More" button to locate this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Once that file finishes, please open or run that file to begin the installation on your computer. If you have to search for the file first, the files name is: "mp68-win-mx530-1_01-ea33_3.exe"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Follow the on screen prompts to reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If an error appears, please reply to this post with the exact wording of that error message.&lt;/P&gt;
