      <title>PIXMA TS9520 &amp; TS8320 will not connect to new routers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two printers- TS9520 and TS8320. Both need to be hooked up to 2 new routers. I am having the exact same issue with both- they will find the new network, but it won't allow me to put in the password for the WiFi. If I click on another network that pops up, it will prompt me for a password. I have tried every thing under the sun and am at a total loss with this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jnik87,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The PIXMA TS9520 and PIXMA TS8320 are not compatible with WPA3.&amp;nbsp; It would appear that the Wi-Fi that you are attempting to connect to is using WPA3.&amp;nbsp; Please change the security of that Wi-Fi network to WPA2 to be able to connect your printers.&lt;/P&gt;
