I did a Google search for that number, and it looks like that's the number on the bottom of your printer. You shouldn't ever have your printer upside down!

The model of your unit is likely on the front panel at the bottom right corner (this image is from the Internet, but I added the arrow):

And if the printer in the image is your unit, it's probably the PIXMA MG3620. You can re-install the software to put it on your new WiFi. Snag it here: https://canon.us/mg3620setup

Yes. The software in the link I provided is usually the most up-to-date version of the software package; however, if a bundled package wasn't created, you may want/need to download the components individually from HERE.
