manual wifi connection of tr4520 printer scanner

I have a Tr4520 Printer/Scanner. I just changer to a new router and when I try to manually connect the printer to the wifi when I press the select the router button in the menu the router name comes up I select it and it is supposed to ask me for a password, but the router name just stays on the screen and nothing happens. Any suggestions>
