    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a Canon TS9521. Go to Manual Connection. Router appears. Select and "Connecting to..." appears. "Failed to connect error" appears with recommended fixes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Check that the router is correct. VERIFIED&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check the entered password is correct. NO WAY TO VERIFY. DOES NOT PROMPT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Restart wireless router. DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also Reset the printer. I tried connecting to a test router. Works fine. How can I remove all traces of this problematic router so I can enter the right password?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sthomas416,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Wi-Fi network that you are attempting to connect to may have WPA3 enabled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The PIXMA TS9520 is not compatible with WPA3.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please change the security to WPA2 on the Wi-Fi network that you are attempting to connect your TS9520 to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once changed, you can then use the Manual Connect method to connect your TS9520 to your Wi-Fi:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Tap the Wi-Fi icon in the lower left corner of your printer's display.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tap Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tap the Settings button at the bottom.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tap Wi-Fi setup.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tap Manual connect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Choose your wireless network from the list that appears.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tap "Please enter." and then enter your Wi-Fi password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;When "Connected to the wireless router" appears, press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
