Hi JSanderson,

In order to update your imagePROGRAF PRO-2600 and printer driver for Hahnamuhle media, you should get an .am1x file from Hahnamuhle. The ICC Profile is usually included .am1x file. Once you have the .am1x file from Hahnamuhle, select "Acquire by specifying the media information file" then click the Browse button in the media configuration tool to navigate to the saved location of the .am1x file. For your convenience, click HERE to view the PDF guide for the Media Configuration Tool. I hope this is helpful.

Trying to import Hahnamuhle ICC profiles which have been downloaded and installed on my workstation. Windows 11 Pro. Opening the media configuration tool and connection to the IPF Pro 2600 printer, I check the add media button and wait for the pop up to add the media. Click the import button and refer it to C>Windows>system32>spool>drivers>color where all my profiles are kept but, no files show up to import. Anyone know why? How do you import the icc profiles when the import window doesn't show anything to import?
