    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up scanning/email abilities.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting the following issue:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cannot access Remote UI -Configure a [Remote UI Access PIN], or a [System Manager ID] and [System Manager PIN] on the device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is after I try to put in the IP address.&amp;nbsp; This is way harder than I feel it should be.&amp;nbsp; How can I work around this?&amp;nbsp; I need access to this As Soon As Possible.&amp;nbsp; Chat is not available and Customer Support has not called me back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To set the admin pin, you can use the steps on our knowledgebase using the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART179062" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. Once you log in, you can enter your email info using the &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-6512-zz-SSM-450-enUS/contents/devu-setup-scan-mail_ifax-mail_set.html#0143_h1_01" target="_self"&gt;remote UI&lt;/A&gt;. Unfortunately, we do not have chat options for this model, but you can contact support directly over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
