Toolbox for scanner on MF4770n not working

I get:

and I cannot figure out what to do. I am on Windows 11 and the patch we used to have on Windows 10 is not available for WIndows 11, so I assume I don't need one. I tried installing the Windows 10 version with the patch, but that didn't work either (that worked for a Dell printer I couldn't get to work until I tried the Windows10 driver...)

Hi Joost1216. Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The MF4770n is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
