While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you find a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="joost1216_0-1737478329357.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/63150i0E8FB526B9115B44/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="joost1216_0-1737478329357.png" alt="joost1216_0-1737478329357.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I cannot figure out what to do. I am on Windows 11 and the patch we used to have on Windows 10 is not available for WIndows 11, so I assume I don't need one. I tried installing the Windows 10 version with the patch, but that didn't work either (that worked for a Dell printer I couldn't get to work until I tried the Windows10 driver...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Joost&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
