      <description>&lt;P&gt;HELP - TS3722 Updating A New Firmware&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't install the new firmware for my printer. I've tried everything, but nothing worked. The Remote UI keeps saying the update failed. I installed the required certificates, downloaded a new printer driver, and had no luck. Can someone please help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
