      <title>PIXMA MX492 No scan options shown on quick menu</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Cannon mx492 scanner/printer/fax machine. For some reason when I go into quick menu, none of the scan options are shown. I have tried downloading everything and I still have the same result. I am trying to find out how to download IJ scan utility. Everywhere I try to find the download, all I get is instructions how to download it, not the actual download. Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
