Trouble installing imagePROGRAF Print Plug-In and Pattern Print

It probably sounds crazy but after a few hours:
I don't understand how to simply install (imagePROGRAF Print Plug-In) into
old and new Photoshop (PS), Lightroom (LR) and Affinity Photo 2?

Which software can I use for Pattern Print (imagePROGRAF Adjustment Pattern - iPF8400)?

Specifically:
imagePROGRAF Print Plug-In for Photoshop Version 5.22 for Windows
Canon Support for imagePROGRAF iPF8400 | Canon U.S.A., Inc.

See if these instructions for Print Studio Pro work. Later Ps versions behave differently thatn the automated plugin installer is expecting.
