SELPHY CP1300 printing 2 photos side by side

I cannot change my settings in the Selphy App under collage. It’s stuck in 8 Prints .

I am on an iPhone 12. When I go to try to print 10 photos I used yo be able to go into collage, select the setting of 2, 4 or 8 photos per sheet of paper and then eelect the photos and hi print. Now I cannot select any setting and when I select any number of photos it will only ever print them as 8 per sheet. This is using a selphy cp1300 printer.

Hello CherylB2,

You can use shuffle print to print images via WI-FI from your smartphone. This allows you to print up to 8 images together on a sheet. There are other options to print more per page when printing from a memory card directly or via USB flash drive. I have attached a copy of the manual HERE for your reference. Printing images from Smartphones starts on page 35.
