      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have a Canon TR8660a and I am trying to download the Canon IJ Scan Utility. It brings a pop up saying that I have to subscribe to Driver Support for $9.99 per month. I have seen online that once someone subscribed, they've had problems stopping the deductions. I'm sure I downloaded this when I first bought it and I'm positive it was free... as you need it to scan.Can anyone help me, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Stay away from that site. Canon doesn't charge for software. Have you installed the Canon driver for your printer? What is your operating system?&lt;/P&gt;
