      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have technical case open with Canon, but they don´t find solution yet.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Instead of trying to use the MF Scan Utility at all (I gave up on it myself), go to the Microsoft Store and install the Windows Scan app. It is capable and uncomplicated. It sees USB and network scanners just fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has another drawback. You know that there are two ways to scan. Flatbed and feeder. From the feeder it does not scan well, it leaves the pages cut off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
